Relax into Awareness
Everyone is aware that we are alive. To live means to be conscious of one's surroundings and the vitality within. This enables us to differentiate between what is living and what is not. Being aware of this fact, life is present within each of us. We acknowledge our existence as living beings.
Mindfulness Restful Awareness involves understanding oneself as an innate nature of Awareness. To be aware of both internal and external stimuli, one must maintain a state of Stillness and Calm. These qualities are inherent in Awareness, which works in conjunction with Emptiness to comprehend all experiences in the field of Knowing.
Emptiness refers to the fact that everything exists due to the influence of other factors. By breaking everything down into small pieces or removing all gathering conditions within an object, it eventually dissolves into pure nothingness filled with potentials, energy and unmanifested forces.
This state of emptiness is not simply a void but a void of an underlying Awareness linked to every living being. The space within ourselves and the universe are the same. As a conscious being, we are caught up in chasing sensory experiences that we have forgotten our true nature. Stress, anxiety, and fear are a byproduct of this chase.
Release ourselves from Stress
In order to put an end to this never-ending cycle of chaos and mental disturbance, it is of ultimate importance that we not only acknowledge but also wholeheartedly embrace our innate state of Awareness. This state represents the Luminous and Empty nature of Being.By centering ourselves in the Present Moment, we not only detach ourselves from the chaos of our thoughts but also release our attachment to the constant and often debilitating identification of body and mind.
By redirecting our attention towards a state of mental equilibrium, which is both empowering and liberating, we deepen our practice of mindfulness and awareness, and connection to our true nature. This, in turn, creates a ripple effect of peace and positivity, spreading compassion and love to those around us and ultimately contributing to a more harmonious and joyful world.
We must remember that our journey towards embodying mindfulness and awareness is a continuous and ever-evolving process, requiring consistent effort and dedication. However, the benefits of this practice are immeasurable, providing us with a deep sense of inner peace and fulfillment that extends beyond our individual selves and into the world around us.
It is through this deeper understanding of our true nature that we can find solace in the midst of chaos, and move forward with a greater sense of purpose and connection. May we all embrace this journey, and experience the expansive and transformative power of Awareness in our lives and beyond.
Let us continue on this journey of discovery, and never cease to grow and evolve in our practice of Mindfulness and Awareness. For it is through our dedication to this path that we can truly experience the fullness and richness of life.
Journey into inner Self-knowledge

Journey in finding our Self
Our "Self" defines as that which is Mindfulness Aware, yet empty and never change while everything around us changes
What is the feeling of sameness within us?
Throughout our lives, we have a sensation of being the same "person" event though our personality change, our body change and our emotions change. Despite of everything changes around us, something remains the same! Our bodies, minds, and opinions may undergo transformation, yet something always remain the same continuously since the day we are little till now. That aspect of us which remains unchanged is the Self-knowledge of the conscious "me" that was there when I was little and is still the same whatever age I am now. That aspect is called Self-awareness which means aware of awareness itself.
Phase 1 - Who am I in the middle of all changes?
In seach of ourselves in name and form
As we grow, our body changes constantly - old cells die and new ones are formed. It's impossible to find lasting sensation of sameness within our cells, as if we replace parts of a bike, it's not the same bike anymore. We call our body "my body" because it's something we own, not something that defines us. The experience of unchanging awareness can't be found in the cells of our physical body. This just means that we are not our body.
Phase 2 - Am I my body of Name and Form?
In search of ourselves in our personality
Our personalities are formed based on the influences of others. They are the sum of our thoughts, feelings, and responses to the people that surround us. These external inputs gather in our psyche and shape our ever-changing persona. Although our personalities may change, there is a part of ourselves that remains constant throughout time. Therefore we are not our personality.
Phase 3 - Am I a construction of opinions, ideas and concepts?
In search of ourselves in our thoughts and emotions
Our thoughts and emotions are the ever-changing aspects of ourselves. Over time, we acquire new thoughts and experience new emotions. They are the constantly flowing river that never ceases. However, the unchanging aspect in all of this remains elusive, and we cannot determine our place within it. Therefor our journey must go on.
Phase 4 - Am I my thoughts, feeelings and emotions?
In search of ourselves as Awareness, stillness and calmness
Amidst all transformations, whether physical, mental, or emotional, there exists an unchanging essence. This inner calm has the capacity to observe and comprehend change. To achieve understanding, it must remain still in contrast to the constant fluctuations it experiences. This stillness is serene and formless, incapable of being identified by name or structure. It possesses an innate ability to know, to be aware and to be luminous. It is our essence within this mind and body that never changes and always exist in the present moment beyond time and space.
Phase 5 - Am I the ever-present consciousness in the present moment?
Integrate the Unchanging aspect into our lives
If we neglect our inner Stillness in our daily lives, we can easily be swept away by the changes that come our way. The perpetual motion of life enables Still Awareness to reflect itself through the interplay of change and unchanging Awareness. Remaining detached and non-attached allows Awareness to return to its genuine state of tranquility, stillness, and knowingness, while name and form emerge and recede from the state of stillness into manifestation and dissolution.
Phase 6 - How is Awareness and Stillness already integrated in our daily life?
Awareness remains in all stages of sleep
To fully understand all aspects of our lives, it is essential to maintain consciousness during both dream and dreamless states. By remaining aware during deep sleep, we can delve into the very depths of our existence. This exploration leads us to the fourth state known as Turiya - a state of pure, universal, and egoless Awareness where life truly begins, and waking, dreaming and dreamless states come to an end.
